Pak Lagen of this Melaka Apam Balik fame has been aptly known as Pak Apam Balik. 

He has selling this apam balik since the Japanese occupation in Melaka in 1940s.

This hand made kuih is very popular to Malaysians of all races.

Currently, 1 half circular apam balik is selling at RM 4.00 per piece only.

Do come and visit his stall on Jalan Kee Ann in Kampung Jawa. Of course, enjoy your apam balik when it is still freshly made.
