The new owner of this Kampung Jawa area land opposite Hatten mall has started to demolish any standing buildings on the land.
The temple and other operators have also been asked to move out by the dateline.
A mixed development of commercial buildings and shops will be built soon.
The mosque at Bunga Raya Road has lighted up making the road more attractive.
If we can construct a gateway at Kee Ann Road entrance, the whole area will be more appealing at night.
Today, our first senior visitor graced our library.
1st senior citizen age 73 visiting. Place cooling, clean and comfortable....😁
About time we reactivate Kee Ann Road Melaka Food street again. It opened in 2019 until 2020 before the COVID.
To improve the traffic around Jalan Kee Ann and Jalan Pasar Baru, we can implement single way and double way around Hatten mall.
Cars can park at Hatten mall by using the single and double ways.
There will be a new makan place at Jalan Jawa.
Located besides the temple at the corner.
Before Hatten mall seeks tenants, Hatten mall should activate her 180 underground car parking area.
By doing so, more people will park here and increase people traffic.

The upstairs library space at Kee Ann Road is taking shape with books on shelves and tables and chairs.
Some development activity can be seen at the space besides the mosque at Bunga Raya Road.
It used to be a eating place before it closed.
Definitely, Kampung Jawa area has awoken recently.
HATTEN MALL is looking for tenants to rent their space and now activity here.
It is about time for enhancing the Bunga Raya and Kee Ann Roads.
The gateways can be like these.
After many years of inactivity, HATTEN MALL is opened for Rental again.
Interested parties can contact the rental agents directly.
